Responsibilities: System Support Manager shall oversee the overall technical and functional design and lead the support team of the System to set up and maintain the System environment including producing documentation. Requirements: The System Support Manager shall possess: •a degree or above in computer science or equivalent; •proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST; •at least 8 years of IT experience including at least 4 years of system support experience for implementing at least one or more IT system on public Cloud infrastructure with auto-provisioning capability; solid experience from Implementation and Maintenance of project is highly preferred; and •at least 4 years IT experience that covers the following areas: oImplementing and supporting system architecture for a large scale of IT system with high-availability design features; oResolving any problems arising during system design or implementation and on-going maintenance; oGenerating a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the architects, test engineers, and the user, which determine that all of the high level requirements have been met and participating all related tests; oActing as the Assistant Project Manager to assist Project Manager and work with other Maintenance Team members to provide System Support and Maintenance Services on the system architecture and infrastructure. •Base in Guangzhou with occasional travelling to Hong Kong; •Immediate available is preferred.
